Home & Family, working in the social and human relations field, proposes a presentation meeting during which the Client gives us the most relevant aspects regarding its Family and clarifies the most relevant characteristics that is looking for the right Candidate.
During the meeting, a registration form must be filled with information regarding each Client/Family, as well as all the necessary information for the recruitment work.
Regarding the Candidates, a rigorous interview will always happen and a registration form will be filled in with the most relevant information for a future placement:
Home & Family has a database with all the information collected regarding each Candidate, ensuring and respecting confidentiality. These informations will only be used to facilitate the selection and placement of each Candidate.
All applications are carefully analysed and selected before being included in our database, which allows us to have absolute confidence in all Candidates.
After the first presentation meeting and the description of the Candidate’s profile, Home & Family will begin its activity to find the ideal Candidate and will select a maximum of four Candidates who meet all the Client’s requirements.
This information will be provided to the Client so that the interviews can be scheduled. The interviews between the Client and Candidate will be held in a place agreed by the Client and always with the presence and support of a member of Home & Family.
Home & Family will not have any influence in the choice of a Candidate, being this of the entire responsibility of the Client. The role of Home & Family during each interview will only be of guidance.
Home & Family can make observations regarding the selection made by the Client and suggest another interview with another Candidate.
For the selection and recruitment process carried out by Home & Family, the fee to be paid will be calculated according to the total amount that will be paid monthly to the Candidate, plus VAT. This fee must be paid to Home & Family on the 1st work day of the chosen Candidate.
The Candidate will have a three month trial period and during this time Home & Family commits to carry out a new selection process without any additional charges to the Client, if the initial Candidate is not the right one.
In the event of such situation, Home & Family will facilitate the interview of at least three new Candidates.
Home & Family will not be responsible for any moral and/or material damages that might occur during the trial period or even after the contract of employment has been made with the Candidate chosen by the Client.
Home & Family only responsibility will be to present new Candidates to Clients with the purpose of finding the one that best suits the Client’s needs and requirements.
